Little Olive came into the newborn studio right around the holidays so It was extra fun to include some holiday vibes into the colors of her newborn session. did you know-Extra chunky babies are usually a little bit easier to pose. I think they extra rolls just make for more stable poses. This is not to say that average or thin babies aren’t posed at a session at all! I spot all poses for all babies and take newborn safety VERY seriously. Safety comes before ANY pose or request.
Olive’s Momma and I first met at her Maternity session and it is to date one of my favorite maternity sessions. There is something so extra special about working with a couple or expecting mom when she is pregnant and then seeing couples/moms again at their newborn session when THEIR ENTIRE life has changed, in the most amazing way possible. Its such a privileged to document so many HUGE milestones in so many Arizona family’s lives!
