These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website TinyLovePhotography.com and the services offered by Creative International LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as TinyLove Photography, a limited liability company registered in the State of Arizona.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you ("Client," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creative International LLC.
2. Description of Services
Creative International LLC offers the following services through TinyLovePhotography.com:
- Professional Photo & Video Editing: Post-production services including retouching, color grading, and video editing
- Photo & Video Shooting: On-location and studio photography and videography services
- Equipment Sales: Sale of photography and videography equipment and accessories
- Online Photo Bank: A platform for licensing photographic works
- Online Courses: Digital educational courses on photo and video editing software
All service details, deliverables, timelines, and specifications will be agreed upon in writing (via email or signed project agreement) prior to commencement of work.
3. Orders, Quotes, and Project Agreements
All services are project-based and custom-quoted. No pricing is listed on this website. By submitting a contact form inquiry, you are initiating the quoting process — not placing a binding order.
A project is confirmed when:
- A written quote or proposal has been accepted by the Client (via written confirmation or email)
- A deposit or full payment (as specified in the quote) has been received
- Both parties have agreed on the scope, deliverables, and timeline
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our sole discretion.
4. Payment Terms
General Payment
- A deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) is due upon project confirmation
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept payment via bank transfer, major credit cards, and other methods specified at time of invoicing
- Invoices unpaid after 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the Client after work begins, payment is due for all work completed to that point. If a project is cancelled by us, deposits will be refunded in full.
Equipment Sales
Equipment purchases are final unless the item is defective or significantly misrepresented. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Restocking fees may apply.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software — is the property of Creative International LLC and is protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Deliverables — Photography & Video
Upon full payment, the Client receives a limited license to use the delivered photographs and videos for the agreed-upon purposes. Unless explicitly stated in writing, Creative International LLC retains the copyright to all work created. Full copyright transfer is available for an additional fee and must be agreed in writing.
Credit
We reserve the right to display commissioned work in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials, unless the Client expressly requests confidentiality in writing.
6. Online Courses
- Course purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials
- You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly display course materials
- Course content is provided for educational purposes. Results may vary.
- We reserve the right to update course materials at any time
- Access may be revoked for violation of these Terms without refund
7. Online Photo Bank
For Contributors
By submitting photographs to our photo bank, you grant Creative International LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and license your submitted work. You represent and warrant that you own the rights to all submitted images and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights.
For Licensees
Images licensed from our photo bank may only be used in accordance with the license type purchased. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of licensed images is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our Site or services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Site
- Transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without written authorization
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address below. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt of written notice.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class action waiver: you may not participate in class action proceedings against us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
